Q.Is this an approved pharmaceutical in Japan?+
At present, it is not approved as a veterinary pharmaceutical in Japan. This product is provided as a treatment aid and for research purposes, and must always be used under the guidance and diagnosis of a licensed veterinarian.
Q.Should I choose injections or tablets?+
Injections take effect more quickly than oral administration. Where possible, we recommend giving injections for the first 1–2 weeks of the initial phase, then transitioning to oral tablets.
Q.What are the shipping costs and delivery times?+
Shipping is free, sent directly from the overseas manufacturer. After payment is confirmed, delivery typically takes around 5 days (timing may vary slightly depending on customs). Tracking information after dispatch is provided via yyour registered email.
Q.Is there any guarantee in the event of relapse?+
We offer a "Relapse Support Program" that provides additional treatment product at a discounted price if relapse is confirmed under specified conditions after treatment is completed. Please reach out via our contact form.
Q.Tell me about the testimonial cooperation discount (10% OFF).+
If, after completing treatment, you allow us to publish your experience (treatment course, observed results, photos, etc.) on the "Testimonials" page of this site, we offer 10% OFF your order.
The content and scope of publication (e.g. using initials only, publishing only the cat's name, whether to include photos) is decided after thorough discussion with you. We will never publish information you do not wish to share.
Q.Tell me about the social media post discount (5% OFF).+
If you're able to post about your treatment journey or about FIP Support on social media such as X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok, we offer 5% OFF.
There is no minimum follower requirement. We can provide a post template, but we value posts written in your own words. Suggested hashtags: #FIPtreatment #FIPSupport #FelineInfectiousPeritonitis and similar.
Q.Can the testimonial and social media discounts be combined?+
Yes, they can be combined. If you cooperate with both, the total is 15% OFF. You may, of course, choose only one at the time of ordering.
Q.When are the cooperation discounts applied?+
We present the discounted invoice amount when your order is confirmed. Both the "Testimonial" and "Social Media" cooperation are requested after treatment is completed, but are agreed to in advance at the time of application.
If circumstances change after treatment and cooperation becomes difficult, we will never retroactively charge for past discounts. We would simply apply standard pricing from your next order onward.

Q.What payment methods are available?+
We currently support two methods: PayPal and credit card payment (Stripe). After your inquiry, we send a quote with both payment links attached, so you can choose your preferred method.
PayPal: Available whether or not you have a PayPal account — those without one can pay as a guest (credit/debit card). PayPal's "Buyer Protection" applies, so you can transact with peace of mind.
Stripe (credit card): Supports major brands including Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, and Diners Club. No account registration is needed — simply enter your card details via the link to complete payment.
With either method, FIP Support never obtains or stores your payment information such as credit card numbers. Everything is processed within the secure (PCI DSS compliant) environment of each payment provider.
Q.What is the ordering process?+
① Send us your cat's sex, age, weight, current symptoms, and details of your inquiry via our contact form.
② We respond daily between 11:00 and 18:00 (JST).
③ Once you're satisfied with the details, pay via the payment link we send (PayPal or Stripe).
④ After payment is confirmed, we ship directly from the overseas manufacturer.
From inquiry to delivery, please allow approximately 5 days as a guideline.
Q.Is there an online store (shopping cart)?+
An e-commerce system is currently in preparation. To deliver FIP treatment as quickly as possible, we have launched our service using an inquiry-form-based ordering system. This also lets us recommend the optimal quantity and combination while checking each cat's treatment stage and condition. When the online store goes live, we'll announce it on this site.
Q.My veterinarian is hesitant to prescribe. What can I do?+
You can give your regular veterinarian our prescribing protocol packet. We can also send reference materials such as overseas GS-441524 treatment records and information on domestic handling of the medication, so please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Q.I'm worried about side effects.+
Swelling at the injection site and temporary loss of appetite are sometimes reported. Serious side effects are rare, but because changes in liver function values warrant attention, we recommend periodic blood tests to monitor progress.
